SOP (Sorting Out Problems) REPORT

This is the one of the important area which most of others never care at the starting stage ...! But our thrust is on this prime area ...which receives credits from all of our clients ..!

From the day one we have received our sample/ order enquiries, we start our R&D in the processing involved in the garments. We are much aware that if the difficulties / deviations are brought up to the knowledge of clients at the budding stage itself , almost we can solve 70 to 80% of the problems in the orders. Only for the remaining 20% problems which may rise during production or in other ways, we have to take care ! We are giving the our entire efforts on this area because we never allows our clients in distress / discomfort at the final moment... !

So we use to prepare a SOP report based on the details given by clients in the orders. After making a brief report about it, for those problems which we can not control / sort out as per the same way advised by clients, we approach them for other modifications. For remaining things we do it ourself !

WORKING METHOD

The general system of working, that is the core area of our us which makes our customers / retailers / buyers 100% satisfied with us. The total system is splitted up as follows to get the end produce as they expected.

The total system is split up into two broadcatogories:

A)   Buyers' new developments and our own developments

B)     Development Against orders

In this way, one team always follows the fresh developments and the other team looks after the developments against orders. By splitting like this, we have gained the maximum control on both
sections and reduce the burden in execution part for better results.

The total control is vested with Chief Executive who looks after the buyer correspondence directly. Since everything involved in the samples/production/ quality are brought to the knowledge of CEO, buyers are inturn assured with greater control of order execution, follow ups and finally delivery.

The systems works perfectly with mutual benefits on both side ie buyer's quality is ensured at one side and the supplier's interest is in saferside on the otherside.
